What cause would I lay down my life for? Is anything worth it any more? And at the same time, is it possible to live without fighting, without excess, and ultimately, without giving up? In this piece, François Ben Aïm invokes the figure of the warrior to address a crucial issue: the vanity of commitment.
There is no linearity in this piece, but the thread of a dream with fragmented visions: dance, text, changing scenography, perhaps several ‘pieces’ in different formats, create a scenic mosaic that grabs the audience’s attention and keeps them transfixed on the central theme.
